Three Palestinians were killed in an Israeli air attack on a house in the Tulkarem refugee camp in the occupied West Bank, as reported by the Palestinian Ministry of Health. The attack occurred during clashes between Hamas fighters from the Tulkarem Battalion and Israeli soldiers, who also conducted raids in cities and towns across the West Bank, arresting two teenagers in the process.
The Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, claimed responsibility for the attack on Israeli soldiers and stated that their fighters continue to clash with the occupation forces. The Israeli military responded by deploying snipers, bulldozers, and conducting ground assaults on the camp, leading to a video of a fire posted by the Quds News Network.
Tensions in the West Bank have escalated since the start of Israel’s war on Gaza, with more than 600 Palestinians killed by Israeli forces since October 7, including 144 children. The village of Burqa, east of Ramallah, also witnessed clashes with Israeli troops using tear gas, live rounds, and sound bombs.
