Local officials stated that the hotel was struck by a Russian ballistic missile, causing blast injuries, concussions, and cuts to the reporters. Nearby buildings were also destroyed, with rescuers working to clear debris at the site. Multiple civilian injuries were reported in Ukraine’s eastern Kharkiv region due to Russian attacks, including a 4-year-old boy and a 14-year-old girl. Houses were set on fire, and buildings were destroyed in various areas, with several individuals wounded.
