The 2025 Louisiana High School Sports Hall of Fame Class has been announced by the Hall of Fame Committee. The induction ceremony will take place on April 15th, 2025, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Baton Rouge. The committee, consisting of various sports figures in the state, met in August 2024 to review nominations.
The inductees for the 2025 class include Michael Boyer as a contributor, Melissa “Ashley” Aldredge Brooks as a competitor, Ronnie Coker as a coach, Tony Lee Cutright as a competitor, Barbara Farris as a competitor/coach, O.M. “Butch” Helveston as a coach, Br. Martin Hernandez, S.C. as a contributor, Jennifer Streiffer Mascaro as a competitor, and Ruby Smith Qualls as a coach.
Tickets for the induction ceremony will be available for purchase in January 2025 on LHSAA.org. The Hall of Fame Class of 2025 represents a diverse group of individuals who have made significant contributions to high school sports in Louisiana.
