ULM Men’s Basketball Prepares to Face Stephen F. Austin at Home
The ULM men’s basketball team is gearing up to take on Stephen F. Austin at Fant-Ewing Coliseum this Friday, November 29th. This will be the 58th meeting between the Warhawks and Lumberjacks, with ULM currently leading the series 34-23. Both teams have won five of the last ten matchups.
Stephen F. Austin comes into this game with a 4-3 record, including recent wins over Monmouth University and Youngstown State in the Axe’Em Classic. Key players to watch out for on the Lumberjacks’ roster include Nana Antwi-Boasiako and Matt Heyman.
ULM coach Keith Richard, in his 15th year with the team, has built a successful program with four postseason appearances in the last five years. The Warhawks have a solid lineup this season, including returning players Tyreese Watson, Jalen Bolden, and Jerry Ngopot, as well as promising newcomers like freshman Renars Sondors.
