Allen & Gerritsen (A&G) has recently announced the launch of its new customer experience technology agency, CeCo Digital. This spinoff agency will be led by Bain partner Raj Heda and aims to help marketers retain and cultivate loyal customers beyond the initial sale. CeCo Digital will offer integrated systems in communication, customer experience, and loyalty, creating technologies and business systems to enhance the overall customer experience.
The decision to create a separate agency stemmed from A&G’s acquisition of Carter Edwards & Company in 2021, which provided customer experience solutions to brands like Dunkin’ and Biogen. However, after folding Carter Edwards into A&G, the agency struggled to gain traction in the market. Recognizing the need to differentiate their offerings, A&G decided to launch CeCo Digital as a standalone brand to attract both talent and clients seeking cutting-edge customer experience solutions.
With Mulloy leading the agency and Heda bringing unparalleled technology expertise, CeCo aims to bridge the gap between strategy and technology in customer experience solutions. The agency’s focus on authentic customer value and personalized experiences sets it apart from traditional ad agencies, attracting clients seeking advanced technology solutions.
The name CeCo has both personal and professional significance, reflecting Mulloy’s childhood street and the heritage of Carter Edwards Company. With a team of 10 employees based primarily in A&G’s Boston office, CeCo is poised to revolutionize the customer experience landscape by integrating agency services with robust tech capabilities.
CEO Andrew Graff believes that CeCo’s unique offering will revolutionize the industry, emphasizing the importance of leveraging technology to retain and engage customers effectively. The agency’s focus on human-centered design and personalized solutions sets it apart as a leader in the evolving customer experience technology space.
