Plane crashes in Philadelphia starting fire close to residential area and mall


A private jet carrying two people crashed near a mall in northeast Philadelphia on Friday evening. Video showed smoke and fire in the area of the crash, but reports of injuries were unavailable. The Federal Aviation Administration confirmed that a Learjet 55 departed from Northeast Philadelphia Airport en route to Springfield-Branson National Airport in Missouri with two people on board. The FAA and the National Transportation Safety Board will investigate the crash. Pennsylvania Gov.
