Police believe that Colbert may have drugged and robbed Manzano, as she was seen on surveillance video entering his room and using his credit card at various stores in the area. Investigators discovered a credit card and phone belonging to Manzano in Colbert’s home in Slidell. Although Colbert has not been charged with Manzano’s death, police are working to connect more dots in the case within the next 24 to 48 hours.
