Techsters Concede Road Game to Aggies

In a tough matchup, Louisiana Tech fell to New Mexico State with a score of 87-80, despite impressive performances by Paris Bradley and Jianna Morris, who scored over 20 points each. Bradley got LA Tech off to a strong start, but a 15-0 run by the Aggies put them ahead. Despite efforts from Bradley and Morris to keep the Lady Techsters in the game, NMSU maintained their lead. LA Tech shot well but struggled defensively, allowing the Aggies to secure the win.

Despite the loss, Bradley’s scoring streak continues, setting records for a Lady Techster freshman. Morris also had a standout performance, setting a career-high in three-pointers. Jordan Marshall and the team showed resilience but couldn’t overcome New Mexico State’s lead. Coach Brooke Stoehr emphasized the need for defensive improvement and a quick bounce-back for the next game against UTEP.

The Lady Techsters will finish the regular season against UTEP on Saturday, aiming for a strong performance to end the season on a high note. Fans are encouraged to support LA Tech Athletics through various programs to help the team succeed. The team’s social media platforms provide updates and a way for fans to stay engaged with the Lady Techster Basketball team.
