Ranked sixth in the state, the Dolphins (14-2) won against New Orleans Jesuit in double overtime on Friday and Baton Rouge Catholic on Saturday. The double overtime victory against Jesuit marked their second overtime win in just four days.
In the game against Jesuit, Tate Claudio scored the game-winning goal, with Landon Pickrell adding two goals. The Dolphins also had a strong performance against Baton Rouge Catholic, with Wesley Morrill and Pickrell each scoring four goals.
The team will now host a District 1-2A semifinal game on Friday against the winner of the Chiles-Leon matchup.
