Malik Nabers Hosts Youth Football Camps in Louisiana
Lafayette, Louisiana (KNGT-FM) – Former LSU star and current New York Giants wide receiver Malik Nabers is set to return to his roots, hosting two youth football camps this summer aimed at inspiring the next generation of athletes in Louisiana. This initiative offers a unique opportunity for young football enthusiasts to learn from an NFL player who achieved remarkable success during his rookie season in 2024.
Nabers, a standout from Southside High School, made headlines by breaking the New York Giants’ record for the most catches in a single season, securing 109 receptions. He also became the first Giants rookie to earn a Pro Bowl selection since Odell Beckham Jr., further solidifying his place in NFL history.
The youth camps will take place on June 6 at Acadiana Charter School Stadium in Youngsville and June 7 at Clark Field in Lafayette, both from noon to 3 p.m. Open to children ages 6 to 14, the camps promise an enriching experience, including a group photo with Nabers, a limited-edition Flexwork Camp T-shirt, and potentially some fun surprises.
Given the popularity of such events, space is limited, and early registration is encouraged, as prices may increase as spots fill up. This initiative not only underscores Nabers’ commitment to giving back but also offers aspiring athletes invaluable insights into the world of football.
For those interested in registering for the camps, links are available for both locations. Don’t miss this chance to train with a rising star and gain firsthand knowledge of what it takes to succeed in football.
