Peach Appoints Javier Campos as New CTO to Drive AI Innovation in Advertising
Leading campaign automation technology company, Peach, has announced the appointment of Javier Campos as Group Chief Technology Officer, effective June 2, 2025. With extensive experience in AI, AdTech, and the media industry, Campos is expected to enhance Peach’s mission of revolutionizing advertising through intelligent automation and optimizing creative asset production and distribution.

Before joining Peach, Campos held the position of Chief Information Officer at Fenestra, where he spearheaded AI-driven programmatic algorithms and automation platforms. His impressive portfolio includes senior technology leadership roles at renowned companies such as Experian DataLabs, Kantar-WPP, GroupM-WPP, and Havas, showcasing his extensive expertise in the global AdTech ecosystem.
A notable AI thought leader, Campos is the author of "Grow Your Business with AI" (2023) and anticipates the release of "Autonomous Minds" in October 2025. Additionally, he contributes to AI safety research at the Cambridge AI Safety Hub, reinforcing his dedication to evolving safety protocols in line with advanced AI models.
Expressing his enthusiasm about joining Peach, Campos remarked, “The opportunity to harness cutting-edge AI and data technologies while scaling a high-performing technology organization is exactly the kind of challenge that energizes me.” He will join Peach’s Executive Committee and supervise the technology leadership team from his base in Cambridge, where he resides with his wife and four children.
